Erich McLane

Erich founded TalentWise Search after more than a decade recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Construction & Development.

He built his search practice in senior roles at Korn Ferry and Tandym Group, specializing in mid- to senior-level Finance, Accounting, and Audit placements, and later worked through Generational Group's M&A advisory practice, helping business owners navigate the sale of their companies.

Earlier in his career, at EmployBridge, HumanEdge, and The Adecco Group, he specialized in placing senior-level Construction and Development talent — Project Managers, Directors of Development, Construction Managers, and other leadership roles across the development lifecycle — partnering with clients to identify proven professionals who could lead complex projects, manage teams and budgets, and deliver in fast-moving environments.

That range gives him a first-hand view of both sides of the table: the technical depth to evaluate real expertise, and the patience to listen for what a client or candidate actually needs.

Erich holds a BBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and is based in South Florida, where TalentWise Search is headquartered.
