When you submit a form on this site — to start a conversation, discuss a search, or share your background as a candidate — we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or organization, LinkedIn URL, and any details in your message or resume.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for active and future searches, and keep accurate records of the engagements we're working. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Confidentiality is central to how we operate. A candidate's identity, background, and interest in a search are not shared with an employer client, or with anyone else, without that candidate's explicit consent.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information is shared only where necessary to conduct a search you've asked to be part of, or as required by law.
